The plates are ideal for cake or medium-sized portions at buffets, food trucks, or other catering establishments. The classic round design ensures a high-quality appearance. Due to the sturdy material, the sugarcane plate is suitable for both hot and cold dishes. The disposable plates are water-resistant and grease-resistant, while remaining natural without additional coating. The sugarcane plates are compostable. For the production of the plates from sugarcane, the remaining sugarcane pulp is ground and processed into a cellulose pulp. This is done under high pressure and heat until it is pressed into the desired shape.
